"It’s All About The Dog"

Canine Commander Fall Canine Group Obedience Classes 2015

What is the best early Christmas present you can give yourself and your dog? May we suggest fall canine group obedience classes from Canine Commander. A well-trained dog is a joy and a delight to have as part of your family. An untrained dog can be a furry handful. Our group obedience classes will help you strengthen the bond between you and your dog

Canine Commander Fall Canine Group Obedience Classes 2015

In our classes, we will teach you how to communicate with your dog consistently in a manner they understand. Dogs are pack animals. If you are not trained in how to become their pack leader, you are cheating your dog. Your dog will be more uncomfortable and less well-behaved. Our classes empower you to become the pack leader, so your dogs feel comfortable, safe, and look up to you for leadership, trusting you to provide guidance and the next command. Environmental socialization skills permit you to take your dogs to public places, confident that they will behave as well at the park as they will at home.

Group classes help to socialize your dog with other dogs and people. They also give you a chance to meet other dog lovers and make friends.

Call 516-503-5527 to reserve your spot for our next session. Classes are held at 62 Farmers Ave, Bethpage, NY, 11714. Our next session of classes begin October 24, 2015. Consider this a Halloween treat for yourself and your pet.

Basic Obedience

If your dog’s behavior is leaving you frustrated, this is the class for you. The problem is often that a dog has had inconsistent training and contradictory signals from its humans. When you are consistent, your dog knows what to expect. When your dog recognizes and obeys basic commands, both of you are happier. Stress is as unhealthy for a dog as it is for a human.

"Just got my pup back and he is so well behaved! These guys are awesome and went above and beyond to train my puppy. They were very quick to respond and always gave us video updates while Dobby was still with them. Highly recommend."
